Mr. Horowitz is a transactional attorney providing legal counsel on business formation and operation, as well as on most aspects of commercial and residential real estate law. He primarily represents privately held and family owned businesses from around the world in connection with the negotiation and documentation of a variety of business transactions. He has served as board member and officer of West University Place Planning and Zoning Commission, and other private and non-profit organizations.

- Represents clients on all aspects of real estate development, including acquisition, financing, risk management, construction, sale, and tax planning

- Representation of buyers and sellers in complex residential transactions
- Represents hospitality, entertainment, and franchisee clients on all issues relating to formation, development, operation and compliance
- Represents out-of-state businesses in connection with Texas legal real property and corporate issues, including those requiring third party legal opinions
- Represents clients involved in software development and implementation and other technology related businesses
- Represents health care professionals and related health care ventures with respect to business structure and implementation
