Overview

Stacie A. Moss assists clients who are navigating legal matters related to family issues.  Her primary focus is on cases dealing with divorce, child custody, and property division.  She works closely with clients to understand their unique circumstances, provide legal guidance, and help them navigate the complexities of family law.  Stacie conducts legal research, drafts legal documents, leads the discovery process, represents clients in court proceedings, negotiates settlements, and mediates property settlements.  She assists in deciding the best strategy to protect the client’s interests and achieve fair resolutions in emotionally charged situations.

Stacie is a native Texan who has a passion for helping others.  She is an advocate for those who need help and guidance at a very difficult point in their lives. In her free time she can be found cycling, baking, and volunteering with the Special Olympics.

  • Managed docket of roughly 25 cases by drafting all petitions and motions throughout the length of the case
  • First Chair on hearings for temporary orders, default judgements, and various discovery motions
  • Settled cases through mediation by using detailed inventory and property divisions, and creative possession schedules
  • Lead the entire discovery process by timely drafting discovery requests and responses, and reviewing documents
  • Managed cases by drafting Original Petitions, Motions, other case pleadings, and attending hearings
