Sarah Sokol Clark’s practice focuses on client counseling and drafting comprehensive estate plans, encompassing a wide array of instruments such as simple and complex wills, generation skipping trusts, family limited partnerships, charitable entities, and pre and post marital agreements. Sarah guides her clients through various estate planning, probate and administration, trusts, and guardianship matters.

Greg DeVries has extensive experience as a litigator in banking and financial institutions. He represents a diverse range of financial institution clients, including national banks, mortgage lenders and servicers, auto finance companies, and other consumer financial service providers, in both state and federal courts.

Dave Polsinelli appears on the Texas Rising Stars list for the sixth consecutive year.  Dave focuses his practice on commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. He routinely handles disputes involving contracts, real estate, oil & gas, construction, and trade secrets. While Dave takes pride in achieving victories for his clients in court, he also enjoys helping clients find solutions that do not require litigation.

Jennifer Varadi concentrates her legal practice on family law matters. Her areas of practice encompass working with high net worth individuals, navigating child custody matters, and resolving child support issues. Proficient in both litigation and successful negotiation tactics based on the needs of her clients, she recently earned board certification from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Family Law.
