Sarah’s practice focuses on client counseling and drafting comprehensive estate plans, including simple and complex wills, generation skipping trusts, family limited partnerships, charitable entities, and pre and post marital agreements. Sarah assists clients in a wide variety of estate planning, probate and administration, trusts, and guardianship matters.
Greg is an experienced banking and financial institutions litigator who represents financial institution clients including national banks, mortgage lenders and servicers, auto finance companies, and other consumer financial service providers in state and federal courts.
Jessica is dedicated to assisting individuals, and their families, to navigate the guardianship, probate, and mental health commitment processes. She handles probate matters, including heirships and probate of wills, and assists clients in crafting their own estate plan to ensure that their wishes are followed.
Caroline works in the environmental, health and safety () section of the firm and utilizes her corporate and litigation experience to provide transactional, compliance and litigation legal services involving EHS legal matters.
Suzanne represents clients in estate, trust, and guardianship administrations and related litigation. She focuses her practice on guiding individuals and families through both contested and uncontested matters in Texas probate courts, as well as counseling clients on estate planning matters.
Keith’s practice primarily includes probate, trust and guardianship litigation. His experience includes all aspects of probate administration and litigation. Keith has successfully represented trustees, executors, beneficiaries, and individuals in complex litigation matters including will contests, beneficiary claims, trust disputes, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty claims.
