Kathleen Tanner Beduze’s main goal is to protect clients’ financial and personal interests when it comes to estates, trusts and guardianships through hard work, exercised judgment, and determination to achieve the best result for her clients.  She represents trustees, administrators, guardians, and executors with administrative matters relating to their fiduciary roles. Her clients are individuals involved in will contests, contested guardianships, and the interpretation and modifications of trusts and estates.  Kathleen has been selected as a Top Women Lawyer by Texas Monthly in 2019; Texas Super Lawyers – Rising Star (Thomson Reuters) 2016-2019; and Top Lawyers in Houston (H-Texas Magazine) 2016-2019.

Joshua R. Flores has earned the trust of his colleagues and clients alike by being a tireless worker and exceptional court room advocate.  The bulk of Josh’s practice includes representing clients in Fiduciary Litigation matters relating to the prosecution and defense of claims for will contests, will and trust interpretation, probate and trust administration, and guardianship proceedings.  Josh also represents clients in business and commercial litigation matters, many of which include claims involving breaches of fiduciary duty and corporate governance.
