Kathleen Tanner Beduze’s main goal is to protect clients’ financial and personal interests when it comes to estates, trusts and guardianships through hard work, exercised judgment, and determination to achieve the best result for her clients. She represents trustees, administrators, guardians, and executors with administrative matters relating to their fiduciary roles. Her clients are individuals involved in will contests, contested guardianships, and the interpretation and modifications of trusts and estates.
