We’re thrilled to announce that David A. Polsinelli and Joe R. Savoie have been named senior associates effective January 1, 2020.

David A. Polsinelli focuses his practice on commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. He regularly handles disputes involving contracts, construction, and real property. Dave has worked on several appeals and jury trials with successful results, including a favorable verdict in March during his first experience as the lead attorney in a jury trial.  Most recently, Dave was chosen to be on the Texas Super Lawyers – Rising Stars 2019 List (Thomson Reuters).

Joe R. Savoie is a trial lawyer with experience in a wide variety of matters, including the prosecution and defense of claims for breach of fiduciary duty, will and trust disputes, and guardianship proceedings. Shareholders and clients recognize and appreciate Joe’s ability to break down complex issues into multiple components so that they can be addressed in a systematic and effective way that makes sense both logically and economically.  This allows him to provide thoughtful and focused solutions to his clients.  Joe serves on the Board of Trustees for the Houston Young Lawyers Foundation where he is involved with its Adopt-an-Angel program and its annual charity golf tournament
