HOUSTON, November 15, 2018 – Sarah Patel Pacheco, spoke on Fiduciary Pitfalls to the Houston Business and Estate Planning Council.  Kathleen Tanner Beduze and Chasity W. Cooper assisted her with the written matters.  The program offered a roadmap for fiduciaries and other professionals to avoid becoming involved in litigation.  Sarah discussed central considerations and measures which may allow fiduciaries to fulfill their duties, and substantially reduce potential claims against fiduciaries.
