Overview

Determined to safeguard the wishes and assets of her clients and their loved ones, Suzanne D. Perry is a litigator who makes it her daily goal to assist individuals and families in navigating the probate process. Suzanne began her career representing clients in a wide range of general litigation and transactional matters, garnering an extensive insight into Texas law. Suzanne also has experience counseling clients on estate planning matters, including preparation of wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other related documents. The unique combination of Suzanne’s broad legal knowledge and years of focused practice in the areas of probate, trusts, and guardianships allows Suzanne to skillfully analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each case and zealously advocate for her clients in heirship matters, will contests, and fiduciary litigation.

Suzanne also specializes in guiding clients through both the legal process and emotional anxiety of obtaining guardianship over incapacitated family members and ensuring their ongoing performance is in the best interest of the incapacitated loved one.

In her free time, Suzanne enjoys playing in sand volleyball leagues, snow skiing, and spending time with her family.
