Crain Caton & James is pleased to announce that shareholder Mike Roy, a member of the firm’s Corporate and Business Transactions practice, successfully represented Rent-A-Container (RAC), a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC, in its acquisition of Fortin Modular Storage,  a family-owned container and trailer storage business serving New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont. This marks the third transaction in which Mike Roy has acted as buyer’s counsel for RAC. Martha Walker, a legal secretary at Crain Caton & James, assisted in document preparation and closing of the Fortin acquisition.
