Mindy has spent more than 18 years avidly representing clients in the courtroom.  Her practice is focused on commercial litigation, with emphasis on the trial level. Mindy has provided counsel to individuals, local businesses, national corporations, and multinational organizations in disputes involving construction litigation, partnerships, insurance brokerage, real estate, and contract,.

For over 35 years of experience, Vance has focused on commercial and fiduciary litigation as well as probate, insurance and personal injury law.  Having tried over 40 criminal jury trials and 50 civil trials, he has a deep understanding of litigation and trial process. Vance was previously on the Executive Committee and we are excited to have him back for a new term.

A special thanks to Jeffrey I. Horowitz who is rolling off the Executive Committee after a four-year term.  We appreciate his vision, leadership and composure during these unusual times.
