Greg DeVries brings extensive experience in banking and financial institutions litigation. His deep understanding of critical laws such as the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) makes him an invaluable resource to clients navigating intricate financial disputes. Greg’s counsel is particularly sought after in matters involving the Texas Constitution’s provisions on home equity lending and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Articles 3, 4, and 4A.

Chris Winiecki practices in the Fiduciary Litigation, Probate, Trust and Guardianship, and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.
