Houston, (May 4, 2020) – Crain Caton & James is pleased to announce that Peter G. Nemeth has been named to the Firm’s Executive Committee. Peter has 35 years of legal experience, which has allowed him to build a robust transactional practice. His practice includes representing clients in complex commercial transactions, real estate and finance. He has also acted as general counsel for a major corporation.
Peter has been actively involved in the attorney recruitment program and made major contributions in building and leading the corporate practice area. Miles H.
