Crain Caton & James Welcomes Two New Attorneys

Houston, TX, November 9, 2021 – Crain Caton & James is pleased to announce that Sarah Sokol Clark and Suzanne Perry recently joined the Firm.  Sarah is Of Counsel in the Estate, Trust and Wealth Planning Practice and Suzanne is an associate in the Fiduciary Litigation and Probate, Trust and Guardianship Practices.

Sarah Sokol Clark is passionate about helping individuals and families plan for their future.  Her primary practice focuses on client counseling and drafting comprehensive estate plans, including simple and complex wills and trusts, as well as powers of attorneys, medical directives, and other ancillary instruments. Sarah assists clients in a wide variety of estate planning, probate and administration, trusts, and guardianship matters.  Sarah’s background and training in psychology and financial planning are extremely valuable as she helps clients navigate through all phases of the estate planning process.

Suzanne D. Perry  is a litigator who makes it her daily goal to assist individuals and families in navigating the probate process. Suzanne began her career representing clients in a wide range of general litigation and transactional matters before focusing her practice in the areas of probate, trusts, and guardianships. Suzanne has years of experience representing clients in both contested and uncontested probate and guardianship cases, as well as counseling clients on estate planning matters. The combination of Suzanne’s broad legal knowledge and years of focused probate practice allows Suzanne to skillfully analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each case and zealously advocate for her clients in heirship matters, will contests, and fiduciary litigation.
