Crain Caton & James congratulates  Sarah Sokol Clark, Dave Polsinelli and Keith Taylor for being named Rising Stars in the 2023 edition of Super Lawyers Magazine.  To be on the Texas Rising Stars list, attorneys must be 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.  No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in Texas are named to the Rising Stars list.

Sarah Sokol Clark is an estate planning and probate attorney who assists clients with wealth planning, trusts, and estate administration.  She is passionate about helping individuals and families plan for their future. Her primary practice focuses on client counseling and drafting comprehensive estate plans, including simple and complex wills and trusts, as well as generation skipping trusts, family limited partnerships, charitable entities and pre and post marital agreements.

Dave Polsinelli appears on the Texas Rising Stars list for the fifth consecutive year.  Dave focuses his practice on commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. He routinely handles disputes involving contracts, real estate, oil & gas, construction, and trade secrets.

Keith Taylor’s practice primarily includes probate, trust and guardianship litigation and real estate. His experience includes all aspects of probate administration and contested litigation. In 2022, Keith tried three jury cases and each resulted in a unanimous verdict in favor of Crain, Caton and James’ clients.

“We are proud to have three of our excellent lawyers recognized for their outstanding work and dedication to clients and the legal profession. Their appearance on this list acknowledges their talent, hard work, and commitment,” states Peter G. Nemeth, President of the Firm.
